Maintained by solicitor, Tessa Shepperson. Subscription service but inexpensive and worthwhile, as it includes free tenancy agreements and possession notices for annual members. Also a large selection of helpful articles, FAQ, tips and the like. The site does also have some free material, plus Tessa loads up 10 Q&A answering questions from readers, per fortnight.

Social Housing Law Association
The SHLA is an extremely useful memership organisation for those practising in this area of law; with good regular seminars – and access to full sets of notes via the site for those who are not able to attend. There is also a discussion forum on the site.
