Legal trainer and Regents College Accredited Mediator.
Jacky is an experienced mediator and lectures on the Law Society and Bar Council accredited ADR course at Regents College in London. She has worked in conflict situations of every sort from entrenched court cases to partner and employment disputes. She is an associate member of the Civil Mediation Council and a founder member of the Independent Mediators Group. She has held accreditation as an external CPD training points provider for the Law Society.
Jacky delivers training courses for many law firms and legal organisations in the City and has taught for BPP and BLS law schools. She has her own training partnership. She writes for the Law Society Gazette, Better Business, The Lawyer, The Trainee and others.
