Jacky is a busy mediator with many years experience and has worked to settle disputes in a wide range of conflict situations. She is an associate member of the Civil Mediation Council and of Thames Valley Mediator's Association (MTVM). She is accredited as an external CPD provider for both the Solicitors’ Regulatory Authority and the Bar Standards Board and teaches mediation in many settings.
She is an empathic, approachable yet commercially minded mediator who understands well the psychology of conflict and who works with the parties to try to achieve an outcome that is acceptable to all.
Jacky provides consultation in many law firms and barristers' chambers in the City and has taught for BPP and BLS law schools. She has her own training and mediation partnership. She writes for the Law Society Gazette, Better Business, The Lawyer, The Trainee and others.
