Solicitor for 20 years and a partner in the Thames Valley firm of Charles Lucas & Marshall since 1992. Initially a general civil litigation lawyer, David has developed a specialist interest in property disputes over the past ten years, including boundary and neighbourhood disputes and all kinds of landlord and tenant work.
In 1999 he underwent a Mediation training course with a community mediation service known as 'Resolve', which is affiliated to one of the principal national mediation organisations, Mediation UK Ltd. He practices regularly as a mediator with 'Resolve'.
