David Small
Solicitor for 25 years, until July 2007 a partner in the Thames Valley firm of Charles Lucas & Marshall. David now runs his own independent practice based in Hungerford in Berkshire, specialising in land dispute work and property management and leasing, with the main emphasis on landlord and tenant law. He also acts as a litigation and property law consultant to three law firms in the Thames Valley region and manages his own commercial property company in his home town of Taunton in Somerset.
As a mediator David's experience is mainly in the field of community mediation, especially neighbour and boundary disputes. His mediation training was with the Newbury based community mediation service known as 'Resolve', which is affiliated to one of the principal national mediation organisations, Mediation UK Ltd.
