Mark is a solicitor with 15 years experience in general commercial and property litigation. He has been involved with mediation work for approximately 10 years and was accredited by CEDR in December 2004 (having been registered with CEDR since May 2003).
Mark began his career at Nabarro Nathanson and joined Solomon Taylor & Shaw (a 10 partner niche practice in Hampstead) in 1998 to set up the litigation and dispute resolution team there. He is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
Mark has experience of mediations ranging from multi million pound disputes to small claims. He has mediated disputes for the Family Housing Group and the NCVO (the National Council for Voluntary Organisations).
