Jonathan Arkush


Barrister of 25 years' experience specialising in chancery and commercial litigation. His main areas of work are property related, including disputes involving land, contracts, wills and trusts.

Jonathan is an accredited Mediator with the ADR Group and is also on the mediation panel of a number of bodies, including the Chancery and Property Bar Associations, the Bar Council, the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists and Dispute Mediation Limited. He practises from 11 Stone Buildings, Lincoln's Inn, from where he very frequently advises parties to mediations and acts as Mediator in cases involving companies, individuals and families.

He is the author of the chapter on Landlord and Tenant Disputes in ADR and Commercial Disputes (Sweet & Maxwell 2002). In February 2002 he was appointed as Deputy Master in the Chancery Division.
