Mark is a partner in Geldards LLP. He qualified as a solicitor in 1992, and now heads the Commercial Dispute Resolution Team in Geldards’ Nottingham office. Mark has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial litigation work, and has acted in several reported cases. His particular specialisms are in property litigation and professional negligence work. He has also been involved in cross-border international arbitration work, through Geldards’ German and international teams.
Mark qualified as a commercial mediator through ADR Group in 2001. He is also a member of the Association of Midlands Mediators. He regularly acts as mediator through ADR Group and the AMM, as well as by direct appointment.
