Jeremy founded Manuel Swaden in 1989 and heads the firms property department undertaking a full range of non-contentious commercial and residential property matters on behalf of corporate (including publicly quoted) and private clients.
He is the author of the chapter Commercial Property Disputes in Sweet & Maxwells ADR and Commercial Disputes published December 2001 and a member of the Executive Committee of the Association of Mediation Solicitors and a Panel Mediator for Dispute Mediation Limited.
