Jacqui qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and is a partner in Thomas Eggar's property dispute resolution department. She is an experienced mediator, accredited by ADR Group, and has extensive experience of all types of property disputes including acting in several reported cases. Recommended as a leader in her field by Chambers Directory, Jacqui is Chair of the Property Litigation Association's Law Reform Committee, and was a key member of the Committee which prepared the Dilapidations Protocol. She provides specialist advice to clients in relation to legislative developments and procedural reforms in the commercial property sector and was a member of the 'Sounding Board' advising the Law Commission on changes to the law of forfeiture and the Government panel reviewing the changes to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and alienation. Jacqui regularly lectures and contributes to property journals and she is the author of Business Tenancies: The New Law - A Practical Guide to the Changes to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
