The Property Law Library contains articles, summaries of cases, statutes, statutory instruments and other material prepared by a number of property law experts, with links to the original sources in a subtantial number of case. More here

To find information on topics of interest to you click on the appropriate links in the contents column on the left. You can also use the drop down menu at the top of each page. Go to "Property law" - "Property Law Library" - your chosen topic - your chosen sub-topic.

The material from each month's update is added to the Library and placed in the appropriate place. The contents are regularly updated to include new links and information and are sometimes ahead of the monthly updates. Redundant material is deleted.

The contents generally go back to November 2001 when the monthly update service began; except for the planning section which began in November 2003. There are also articles on particular topics that refer to authorities prior to 2001.

Site membership

Parts of the site are free. It is also possible to subscribe to free short e-mail summaries that are sent out each month. However, full access to the site (including the monthly updates) is only available to members. Membership is inexpensive and it is easy to join. To join click here.
